At Sorvella Perfumy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unused and sealed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the perfume in its original, unopened packaging and secure it in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
